Digital delivery and technical remedy
A clear remedy if a genuine technical problem gets in the way.
Paid bundles are digital downloads. This page explains delivery, simple troubleshooting, and the practical help we provide when something goes wrong.

How delivery works
After Stripe confirms payment, we send a delivery email to the checkout email address. The email contains a private download link for your purchased bundle. For security, the link expires after seven days.
Check these first
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from The Hopeful Parent.
- Confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly.
- Try the download link in a current browser on a stable internet connection.
- Make sure your device has enough free storage space for a ZIP file and its contents.
- Open the ZIP file with your device’s normal archive tool, then open the included PDF or audio files with a standard reader or player.
Our technical-remedy promise
If the delivery email does not arrive, the link does not work, a supplied file is corrupted, or the bundle materially differs from its description, contact us at [email protected]. Please include the email address used at checkout and a short description or screenshot of the problem.
We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Depending on the problem, this may include re-sending the delivery email, issuing a fresh secure link, providing a replacement copy of the correct file, or helping identify a compatible way to open it.
When a refund may be considered
We do not provide change-of-mind refunds for a digital product that has been made available for download, where permitted by law. If we cannot provide the promised product or cannot resolve a material technical fault within a reasonable time, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include a refund where the law requires it.
What this does not cover
Technical help cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, printer, third-party app, workplace filter, or unsupported software. It also does not permit sharing a delivery link or files with others. We will still help identify a reasonable next step where we can.
