These terms apply when you download a digital bundle or resource from The Hopeful Parent. Everything on this site is free to download, so there is no checkout and no payment.

What you are downloading

Each bundle is a digital product and the bundle page identifies the included files. Downloads are free of charge and do not require a payment, an account, or an email sign-up.

No payment is taken

There is no checkout on this site and no card details are collected or stored. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund and no change-of-mind issue to resolve.

Genuine download or file problems

If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is materially different from its description, contact us with the bundle name and a short description of the problem. We will first provide a practical technical remedy. See the Download Help page for details.

Personal-use licence

Every download is also governed by the Personal-Use Licence. You may use the resource in your own family or household, but you may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share the files outside that licence.

Educational boundaries

Our resources are educational and are not individual medical, mental-health, safeguarding, legal, financial, or emergency advice. They do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee an outcome. Read the Educational Scope and Safety page for the full boundary statement.
