These terms are between you and The Hopeful Parent. Questions about a purchase can be sent to [email protected].

What you are buying

Each paid bundle is a digital product. The product page identifies the included files, the price, and the currency. Prices on this site are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). You will receive a time-limited download link after successful payment.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. The Hopeful Parent does not receive or store your full card details. When payment is confirmed, we send the delivery link to the email address supplied during checkout. The link is intended for the purchaser and expires after seven days.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because these are digital products made available for download immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind where permitted by applicable law. This does not remove any right that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.

Genuine delivery or file problems

If a paid file does not arrive, will not download, is corrupted, or is materially different from the product description, contact us with your order email and a short description of the problem. We will first provide a practical technical remedy. See the Digital Delivery and Technical Remedy page for details.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase is also governed by the Personal-Use Licence. You may use the resource in your own family or household, but you may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share the files outside that licence.

Educational boundaries

Our resources are educational and are not individual medical, mental-health, safeguarding, legal, financial, or emergency advice. They do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee an outcome. Read the Educational Scope and Safety page for the full boundary statement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
