We collect only what we need to provide the site and your resources.

Information we receive

When you purchase a bundle, we receive the email address used for delivery, a Stripe checkout-session reference, the bundle selected, and delivery-link activity needed to provide support and prevent misuse. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. Our anti-spam check may also process technical information needed to assess whether a form submission is genuine.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment details through its secure checkout service. The Hopeful Parent does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or payment credentials.

How we use information

• To process payment confirmation and deliver purchased files.
• To respond to a question, download problem, or support request.
• To protect the checkout and contact services from abuse or fraud.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to a completed sale.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, protected download infrastructure, and spam protection; Stripe for payment processing; and Resend for transactional delivery and contact email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Their own privacy notices also apply to their handling of information.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and support information only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, genuine customer support, fraud prevention, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Expired download links are not kept active.

Sharing and marketing

We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you download a free resource or purchase a bundle. We share information only with the service providers described above, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Email [email protected] from the address connected with your request. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here.
